How do I know which bottle size is suitable for me?

Choose based on your hydration needs:

– 350–600ml: casual daily use

– 800–1200ml: gym, work, study

– 1500ml and above: travel, long hours outdoors

Do BOS'S bottles keep drinks hot or cold?

Yes. Our Thermal Bottle series uses double-wall vacuum insulation, keeping cold drinks chilled for hours and hot drinks warm throughout the day. (Exact duration varies by model and capacity.)

Are your products leak-proof?

Most BOSS models feature leak-proof lids and silicone sealing rings. Always ensure the lid is properly secured before use.

How do I clean my B'OSS bottle and other products?

We recommend handwashing with mild detergent. Avoid bleach or metal scrubbers. Some Tritan models are top-rack dishwasher safe.

Can I put boiling water in a B'OSS Tritan bottle?

Our Tritan bottles are safe for warm water, but we do not recommend pouring boiling water directly as sudden temperature shock may shorten the product’s lifespan.

Are BOS'S bottles suitable for children?

Yes. We offer lightweight and durable Tritan series with straw lids, perfect for school and travel. All materials are children-safe.

Do BOS'S products contain glass liners?

Most BOSS bottles and tumblers do not use glass liners — they’re made from stainless steel or Tritan for better durability.

However, our Glass Liner Thermal Carafe does feature a premium borosilicate glass inner liner, which offers several benefits:

  • Superior heat retention compared to stainless steel

  • No metallic taste, preserving the purity of your beverages

  • Naturally resistant to stains and odors
