1. General

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.bossmalaysia.com (“the Website”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Our goal is to ensure every BOS’S product reaches you in perfect condition. If your order arrives with issues, we will assist you promptly and fairly.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if you encounter any of the following within 3 business days of receiving your parcel:

a. Manufacturing Defects

This includes:

  • Heat retention issues
  • Rusting
  • Leakage
  • Cracked or faulty parts
  • Structural defects

b. Wrong Item Delivered

If the product received is different from what you ordered.

c. Missing Items

If items listed in your order are not included in the parcel.


3. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required
  • Request must be submitted within 3 business days

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to accidents, drops, or impact
  • Scratches, dents, or wear from regular use
  • Improper cleaning or misuse (e.g., placing on stove or external heat)
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items unless defective

5. Return/Replacement Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for sending the item back
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will either:
    • Send a replacement unit
    • Offer an alternative item if stock is unavailable
    • Proceed with a refund, if applicable

Return shipping instructions will be shared case-by-case.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable when:

  • A replacement item is unavailable
  • The product is permanently discontinued
  • A wrong item was sent, and no suitable replacement exists

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is packed or shipped.

Once the order enters the shipping process:

  • Cancellation cannot be made
  • You may proceed with a normal return request after receiving the item

8. International Orders

For overseas purchases:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in product pricing
  • All such fees are borne by the customer
  • We are not liable for refunds if items are held, delayed, or rejected by Customs
  • Please check your local import regulations before purchasing

9. Warranty (Stainless Steel Products Only)

BOS’S offers a 1-year warranty for stainless-steel products against:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Heat retention issues
  • Rust

Warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Lids, silicone rings, straws, or other consumable parts
  • Improper use or care
